A Random Occurence
Today on the bus I saw a man striding down the footpath, wearing a blue shirt, boots, socks, and no pants. Well, boxer shorts. And what I want to know is: why? It's not like he was streaking, but not like he could have been robbed or something right? Because he was wearing boots... So, any suggestions as to why this would be?

Maybe he was dressing for work and went out to get the paper and started looking at his colorbond(R) house?
And then had to go to his partners work to pick up a spare key?

these theories are all so good, why wouldn't someone be walking down the street with no pants on?
it still makes me laugh though, that would be a pretty wild night... ;)
