Christmas pudding

Step 1: Mix sultanas, currants, raisins, prunes, mixed peel, juice and rind of 1 lemon and 1 orange, ale and brandy. Cover and leave overnight.

I was only gonna make 1 pudding this year (using 1/2 measurements) but after I grated the rind, juiced and added it to the mix, then I looked back on the recipe and went "Ah crap." I was supposed to use 1/2 of a lemon and 1/2 an orange. I was wondering why the rind seemed to be much more than usual... Then I thought "Gahhh... I'll just make a whole batch." I figure, if I don't make 2 puddings this year, I can just make little Christmas muffins and royal icing.
